Warranty Statement

At Automatic Gate Operations, a family-run business, we take pride in delivering quality gate services you can trust. We provide services and fulfill our commitments based on the estimate and contract agreed upon by both you and us. We guarantee all equipment, materials, supplies, and workmanship we provide for your project against defects for one or two years from the date we complete your installation, as specified in your contract.

When this warranty period ends, we’ll provide you with all warranty and guarantee documents from the suppliers and manufacturers of the equipment and materials used in your installation (like user manuals and warranty certificates).

Please note, warranty terms will be shown on the estimates where they apply, and this warranty only covers work and equipment installed by Automatic Gate Operations. It does not cover service calls or repairs for equipment installed by others.

Warranty Service:
If something covered by this warranty proves defective during the warranty period, we’ll repair it free of charge. All warranty repairs must be scheduled in advance and performed by Automatic Gate Operations to keep the warranty valid.

Important Customer Preparation:
To help us serve you as efficiently as possible during your service visit, please:

  • Save any damaged items such as remotes, fobs, or transmitters, and have them ready for the technician.
  • Ensure our team can easily and safely access your gate and all related components.
  • Gather any paperwork or past service info if you have it.
  • Be ready to tell us exactly what issue you’re experiencing.

Exclusions:
This warranty does
not cover damage from:

  • Accidents, misuse, vandalism, or unauthorized changes
  • Natural events like floods, lightning, or earthquakes
  • Lack of maintenance or failure to follow instructions
  • Wear items like batteries, rollers, guides, and wheels
  • Repairs or changes done by anyone other than Automatic Gate Operations

Claims Process:
To schedule warranty service, please contact us at (510) 894-4734 or (209) 424-3002. Having the damaged equipment handy will help us diagnose and fix the issue quickly.

Limitation of Liability:
Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts or workmanship. We aren’t liable for any incidental or consequential damages related to your gate system.
